Michael Corwin spent over 30 years conducting civil and criminal litigation investigations for attorneys, as well as high-level internal investigations for businesses, nonprofit organizations, and government agencies. During that time he conducted about 12,000 witness interviews.
He has taught hundreds of legal professionals-- including attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and investigators--how to conduct witness interviews including as an approved CLE provider by the New Mexico Supreme Court, and served as a regular guest instructor on conducting witness interviews and litigation investigations at the University of New Mexico Law School.
I've worked directly with HR professionals to help them implement effective internal investigations and trained them on investigation procedures and witness interviews.
